Intake

The Esprit team oversee delivery of wheat and grain to ensure vehicles tip correctly, delivery vehicles and driver details are fully recorded. This is an essential aspect of our operation which guarantees our customers supreme quality and full traceability.

For deliveries made by coaster, ship or barge, our trained Stevedores are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.  We provide safe unloading, with speedy turnaround times, avoiding expensive demurrage costs.

Storage, Handling & Loading

We manage conveyors, silos and all other bulk materials handling, on site.

Following on from the intake process, we make certain all grain and wheat intakes reach the designated silo or flat-store concrete bunker.  Stock rotation through to delivery or collection is managed by us.

Our team of highly trained and experienced loading shovel operators fulfil all tasks strictly in accordance with TASCC guidelines (Trade Assurance Scheme for Combinable Crops).

Sampling & Inspection

Sampling & inspection inherently slows the intake process down.  We train our staff to use your chosen laboratory equipment to test and record the quality of samples, providing a fast procedure with accurate results.

Our expert inspectors quickly identify any out of specification materials.  We prefer to turn unsatisfactory bulk materials away, rather than risk contaminating your site.

All intakes of bulk materials are ensured to be within the required parameters of moisture, admixture, protein, bushel weight and any other specifications you require.

Stock Control & Rotation

We ensure our customers don’t suffer downtime caused by insufficient stocks.  Our stock control services guarantee they have the correct amount of stock at all times.

As part of our stock rotation service, we put systems in place to segregate products.  Responsible for storage management and stock records, guaranteeing stock remains fresh, fit for its purpose and rotation occurs on a first-in-first out basis. This also ensures all areas are sanitised on a regular basis as the stocks are rotated.

Weighbridge Management

To give our customers complete access to all data relating to goods inwards, dispatch operations and stock control, our Weighbridge Technicians manage your in-house database, enabling you to invoice customers and manage other administrative procedures using accurate and up-to-date information.

On-Site Shunting & Bulk Materials Movement

Esprit provide drivers and vehicles for moving goods around site, alleviating the need for customers to employ fort lift truck drivers, HGV drivers, on-site goods movement and other staff for warehouse distribution.

We will move goods internally onsite during your operational hours.  We also offer rapid response services in case of emergency, should an unplanned incident occur.

Operating from numerous locations around the country may enhance company distribution channels, but the cost of management and manpower may impinge on profits.

We have our own CPC holders who can be nominated on an operator licence, making certain everything is legally compliant and using the most up-to-date methods.
